From May 6th to May 10th, 2019, in Latvia, in Daugavpils Basic School 11, the learning / teaching/ training mobility was held.

The objectives of the project mobility were the implementation of activities based on several creative workshops.

Students in each partner school had a 'home work' to create an installation from recycled materials with a descriptive album on the stages of the work process.

During the mobility, working together in the workshops, the students created clothes from ecologically clean materials and presented it in a fashion show.

The workshop at Aglona's Bread Museum was presented. Here the students and the teachers were able to make a bread bake with their own hands.

The Daugavpils Clay Art Center was visited during the mobility. The pupils were provided with interesting information about the founders of the Center and about the various historical facts. The owner of the Clay Arts Center, using clay items,  introduced the guests modern interior decor techniques. Everyone had the opportunity to participate in the workshop and to work with clay.

Participants of the mobility were able to visit Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Center and to get acquainted with the exhibition of the contemporary artists.

Within the framework of the Cultural Program, the students and the teachers were offered the opportunity to see one of the most significant cultural infrastructure projects of the 21st century in Latvia, the Castle of Light, as well as to walk through the narrow streets of Riga and to enjoy the Art Nouveau architecture.

Students' parents actively participated in the project activities - hosted students from other countries in their families, engaged foreign friends in their family activities related to Latvian culture and lifestyle.

The parents admitted that the project had a positive impact on their child's personality, and expressed their willingness to support other projects.

The greatest benefit for pupils participating in the project is enhanced cooperation, foreign language and creative skills.
